چکیده
Objectives: The aim of this study is to determine the incidence intraoperative awereness (IA) in our patients who underwent laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) and factors affecting formation complication. Methods: Four hundred ten LSG between March 2018 September 2020 were included study. By April 2019, we started using Bispectral index (BIS) monitoring, which measures depth anesthesia all cases (n = 167). Patients with without BIS monitorization divided into two groups compared. Results: In series, IA was seen 3 (2 males) different hospitals (0.7%; n 410). They non group 243). median duration 120 minutes (ranging 90-180) non-BIS, 113 (ranging, 90-140) (p < 0.001). Hypotension developed 63 non-BIS 12 at beginning operation (< 90/60 mm Hg). total remifentanil infusion dose administered during period 1310 ± 351 mcg, 1330 270 mcg 0.002). effect on IA, did not show statistical significance 0.27). Conclusions: Anesthesia techniques that work well for normal weight may be safe appropriate obese patients. Especially hypotension, it necessary more careful about adjustment anesthetic drugs.

Intraoperative Patterns of Gastric Microperfusion During Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy.
BACKGROUND Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) has become a very popular surgical treatment for the treatment of morbidly obese patients. Staple line leaks are the major cause of severe morbidity. Reasons for leaks might be hyperpressure (mechanical theory) or hypoperfusion (vascular theory) of the narrow gastric tube. This study assessed microperfusion patterns of the stomach during LSG usin...
متن کاملIntraoperative Prevention of Stenosis for Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy
Introduction: Many different medical and surgical modalities have been described for the treatment of late strictures after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG), including observation, endoscopic dilatations, seromyotomy (SM), and wedge resection of the sleeve stomach including the stricture. Strictures after LSG are preventable with the appropriate surgical technique of the LSG: when stenosis...

The aim of this study was to evaluate the outcomes after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (SG) in a VA population.SG has recently gained popularity as a definitive bariatric surgery procedure. Data are lacking on long-term outcomes, particularly in a Veterans Affairs population. We retrospectively reviewed 223 patients who underwent SG for morbid obesity between January 2009 and June 2014. متن کاملReadmission Following Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy
BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES Prior studies have established a 1.7-4.33% readmission rate for laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG), a rate that falls within the reported range for other bariatric procedures. The current report describes the incidence of 30-day readmission after primary LSG procedures performed at a single bariatric center of excellence (COE) and examines factors that may be associ...
